MBTA EDACS

I'm Trying to program MBTA EDACS system on my Uniden scanner. I have run into the problem when I Input one of the frequencies It Asks for a LCN. I have no idea what that is or how to find that. Any help would be appreciated.

If you look at the RRDB it has the LCN's - small numbers right before each freq that go up in numerical order
