Has the McCurtain County Sheriff changed frequencies/pl or gone digital? Below is what is listed and cannot receive. I am not close, but I can receive the OHP Troop E on 154.695 PL 77.0. Both towers seem very near to each other. It is noisy, but I can receive OHP E certain times of the day.

The McCurtain County license link shows emission designators for DMR were added in 2014.
They could be digital now. Try listening with NO PL and see if you hear anything.

I tried listening with no PL. Got a few hits, but I don't think it was them. I did not see that DMR had been added. I thought maybe it was possible with them going digital adjacent to Arkansas and Texas.
