McDowell County EMS

Looking through the West Virginia county analog listings, I see there is a license for McDowell County EMS on 155.220 MHz and a McDowell County Ambulance Authority on 155.295 MHz. Are these one and the same, or are there two public EMS agencies in McDowell County?

Are either or both frequencies still in use, given the build-out of the SIRN system?

One is the main dispatch and one is for EMS Authority Admin. I would have to hear from somebody in that area to see if they are still active but I hear activity from them on the WVSIRN system.
