Mcpherson ks City and County fire encrypted?

Just moved here and wanted to know if anyone knows if McPherson police and Sheriff office as well as fire, are they encrypted?

McPherson County has their own system: McPherson County P25 Trunking System, McPherson, Kansas. Law enforcement is encrypted and can't be monitored, fire and ems are still in the clear. I haven't been out that way in a while, but I've heard people catching fire and ems on the KSICS Statewide system.
