This morning I'm noticing some dispatches on the AA county system are going out on 1c (Charlie) rather than Bravo. Maybe due to the volume of the calls? 73s Mike

Thanks! :) It's a very informal kind of frequency - like most snow removal freqs seem to be.

Still nothing heard on the old county 156.18 MHz County Road crew frequency. Perhaps they have abandoned it and switched to the aforementioned county talk group.

Yet another snow removal frequency - although not one in the strictest sense - is NAS PAX maintenance – ‘Johnson Controls’. They can be heard on 451.8 (repeater) and often make mention of problem areas on the base.

That's right - they usually try to isolate the wires, etc. calls on a separate channel when things are busy....

I stumbled across the potential source of the 'building control' I mentioned on 156.195 earlier in this thread. The Martin State database shows this freq is in use for Md.Aviation Administration. Since this user isn't listed with a PL, and I believe 156.195 is using PL 123.0 that many state users seem to have over at BWI, hearing one or the other should present no real problem. Question solved.

Yeah I agree with you. I always make it a point to get every inch of snow off my car. Nothing worse than getting a windshieldful of snow form the guy in front of you.

It seems like Baltimore City plows are using TGID 3728 on their TRS. I recall this talkgroup being used during past storms as well.

Maybe my "alert" for new postings to Balto Co are not working, but,
We've identified lots of good new frequencies and talkgroups here,
please submit them to the appropriate databases if you haven't already.
Thanx from all of us!
