Any one have the new Hex ID's for all the new channels the RCC came up with? like All the new events channels, and the re-districting of CMPD? Also County fire added some new channels, ops 6,7,8 and CMC lz 1 and 2?

I don't know about anyone else, but I would like the info. Please post it if you can. Also, is this another step toward digital? Any word on when all of this will happen?

I will gather all the info and post it as I have time.

This is not part of going to digital.

This is just an attempt to make better use of talkgroups and create better
interoprability through the addition/rearainging of talkgroup resourses.

Just scroll down the NC forum to "new charlotte talkgroups"

Alot of the information is in there. It's not that much of a change. Most of the old district talkgroups are the same, just under the new district name i.e. Baker2 is now South, etc.

There was also a post awhile back that listed the added FD talkgroups. Try searching for it.

Thanks but as stated in my post looking for County Fire and EMS. These have changed dramatically in the past several months...

Have searched quite a bit with no luck.

Thanks again though...

Sorry about that.

Have the county fd & ems talkgroups changed from what is currently in the RR database?

Look closely at the RR database info for the CMPD trunked system.

While the CMPD talkgroups have not been renamed - or adjusted for some new TGs - the county fire, Medics, events and north dispatch TGs have been added.

Also keep in mind that, if you are using an older trunktracker (Pro 90, BC235, BC895, etc), the actual TG I-D might need to be entered with the status bit altered to reflect how the TG is being used.

New CMPD Talk Groups

There's a big gap in the New Charlotte Police Talkgroups post that I submitted a while back. It's the new Tac and SCU talkgroups. There was one response that gave the talkgroup ID's for the Metro Division's Tac and SCU talkgroups. I've tried to find the rest of them, but what I've come up with is very incomplete and doesn't seem to fit the pattern of the usual order of the divisons.

Does anyone have a complete list of the new CMPD Tac and SCU talkgroups? I think that would give a complete list of all the new CMPD talkgroups that could be added to the database.

Thank you.
