I might of just missed it but what town uses TG 8691 in the Cty. Was listening to the Chase tonight ad sounded good on the TG.

Also, Does the SP only transmit on the TG based on the local site in the SZ system. Cause I hear the Disp all the time but very rarley hear the units on the ground, but they are getting updates.

That was a good one !!!! I just happened to be trying a new Pro 93 and I wanted to see how it picked up the Charlotte TRS from Gastonia. It's a shame the SC guys missed the exit

Anyway, that is listed in the RR database as...
8688 OLD: Baker-1; NEW: Providence; (Southeast Area dispatch)

The +3 means that the Talkgroup is patched to another Talkgroup

NCHP simulcasts all lo band comms for meck, union and gaston) on 800. So you do hear all dispatch comms and only hear the mobiles if they use 800 to talk to their dispatch.

Once the VIPER is running statewide, that should change, and make it a LOT easier to monitor NCSHP. 8)

I hate to say it, but we're going to be waiting a long time for VIPER to be running statewide. Maybe if they divert a little lottery money that way
