I keep hearing EMS type traffic on Med 5 - 463.100MHz with a tone of 100.0hz, I keep hearing “Buffalo Mercy” as a destination. Tried searching the forums to no success, or I just haven’t figured the proper search technique

Thanks man, I just don’t get how I could have missed it, I looked at the Erie County page first and must have overlooked it, you can delete this post if needed.

Pro tip: Press CTRL+F in your browser when you're on the county page, type in 463.10, find result in half a second.
You don't need to be a premium subscriber to search a web page like that. Being a premium subscriber here does make it much, much easier to find stuff as you have access to all of the RRDB search features.
