Has Med Express switched to another system or maybe went "E"? I have not heard any traffic on neither of thier two LWIN Channels for a couple of months or so.
Med Express is still very much in the clear, I hear them often on Dry Prong and Winn (I think?) sites. They may have a new channel as well 48083 but I haven't been able to confirm to submit it to the DB.
