Is there a dispatch channel for Medforce Dispatch? I have the Starcom/SARA/Iowa Statewide channels loaded but have never heard anything.

Best way is watch ABS-B or use one of the online maps. Also listen to Moline Tower 119.4 or North control 125.950 for comms. if they are headed to the local hospitals (Genesis or Unity Point) try the security channels. When they are about ten to fifteen minutes inbound to UHIC 155.340. Oh and either of the Medical Control Talkgroups for local Hospitals.

When I hear the cr*p on the TG I know to start looking at ADS-B

TG 35155 (encrypted) on STARCOM21. As mws72 said above, activity on this TG may be your cue to start looking at ADS-B.
