This caught me by surprise. I used 3 different radios and a (real) Spectrum Analyzer, to verify the freq. I missed the beginning of the comms, but an aircraft heading to Denver had a medical issue on board, and this freq (130.4080) was being used to coordinate treatment. I did check for harmonics and images, but nothing found. Anyone got any other ideas?

The frequency is 130.400, common for ARINC En Route Service - West Central USA air to ground communications.

That is what I thought, so I must be getting a heck of a Doppler shift at my location. I verified the received center freq on 4 different receivers. One or two may be out of Cal, but not all 4. (I just verified the Cal on two of them, both good.) On air now, United Dispatch to United 1251. (09:54 Local)

Perhaps it is their transmitter that is off

Yeup. The base xmitter is off freq. It seems that the bandwidth of one of my receivers is to narrow to allow the shift. All is well, now.

it was probably San Francisco radio they use the 130.400 quite a bit, 130.175, 130.400, 130.775 off the top of my head. one is used for medical issues, one is mechanical
