Hopefully someone local can jump in and answer that for you...

Medway is almost exclusively analog. Working PT in Franklin, I have never heard them use the P25 channel.

I just heard them on analog a few days ago myself. Perhaps they only use the digi-crypted channel for sensitive information when necessary.

My best guess is channel one is analog primary DISPATCH and my guess is channel 2 is digital encrypted probably for NCIC and motor vehicle checks
