Memphis Center down?

I just heard an aircraft on 129.450 in central Kentucky reporting to a home office that Memphis Center was down and "lost all their frequencies", I'm thinking surely he just meant a single antenna array, surely to God the entire Memphis Center isn't down. Does anyone know anything about this.

There was a ground stop earlier today for ZME due to communications/frequencies issues.
