P.S. My mom and grandmother were very excited to receive old scanners for Christmas. It is always nice to get other people addicted to this great hobby. Unused scanners as Christmas gifts (with the caveat that they will be returned, if not used make great already paid for gifts. It will also seem, to your spouse, that you don't have so many and could use some more).
