MERS and MACs

Could someone tell me what these channels are used for on Summit County Ohio 800? I know it says mutual aid but I never hear a thing on these.I heard one of my fire dept. call for mutual aid to a fire but nothing ever came across these channels.

If they have a large fire, crash, rescue, etc. or mutual aid call out where multiple agencies are involved they use these channels / talkgroups.

I hear activity on them all the time. Most of which is pretty "juicy."
