Mesa FD VHF

I was able to hear Mesa FD Alarm on their main VHF Dispatch frequency of 156.240 about a month ago. As of today, I'm not hearing any dispatches at all. Every once in a while, I'll hear dispatch (not Samantha) say something to a specific unit, but that's it. Did something change?

I popped that in yesterday (Tuesday) and I did not hear dispatches but they seemed to have resumed this morning (Wednesday). Perhaps there was a CAD issue or something.
