messed up programming a bc796d

I messed up while reprogramming my 796d, now I only seem to be getting hits on bank 1 only. I have bank 1 set for Carver county and Metro State Patrol. Bank 2 is Mcleod county, Bank 3 is Sibley county and Mankato State Patrol,and Bank 4 is Wright county. now some of the TGs are listed on multiple banks for state patrol flight and such. Any ideas on what I did? I used Pro scan and used the history logger to figure out only bank 1 is getting any hits, all the setting are the same across the banks. Yes I know its an acioent scanner but I am hoping to be able to get a newer sds200 in the next few month

Just trying to figure out why Carver Main dispatch has like no traffic. I even see on Open MHz that there hasn't been much for the main Law dispatch Tg 2700

You may be experiencing simulcast distortion on the Carver - Scott Co Simulcast site. Try turning on the attenuator, changing the length and orientation of the antenna, and moving the scanner around the room.

Carver Co went encrypted a couple months ago. 2700 is dead. 2828 is the new encrypted main.
