Metro Reception

I've noticed that reception of Metro's system (I'm mostly listening to the A side) has been spotty since rebanding. I've got a BC296D and BC396T with current firmware - loss of quality on both - located in Davidson Co.

Anybody else having similar problems?

My GRE's recieve it just fine.

Pro-106 doing ok. If you are maybe close to a tower try using the ATT setting.
Often when I am near the downtown tower I get drop outs and when I turn ATT on it clears up.'The strong signal overdrives the radio's front end.

Thanks for the tip, I've turned on the attenuator function - will see if that makes a difference.

I've noticed the CC isn't coming in clearly and that I'm having more problems with a few specific TGID's (20016 B1) than others. I'm using the same antennas as before and the system sounded fine before rebanding.

Had similar problems a few years ago that cleared up on their own. I'm curious if anybody has heard about adjustments being made to the system or radio shop traffic, etc.
