Once again Metz Road fire no name for the fire yet 250acres so far 3 type 3 strike teams 2 dozers strike team and 1 water tenders strike team.

Update: Per Monterey ECC no aircraft staff in the state!

Interesting there were no aircraft staffed in the state.

I believe their predictive models of a late season are going to be very wrong. Grass is
already cured in some areas of NorCal.

Oops Forgot! For those that don't know Metz road is a back road that goes through the Salinas valley starts in Soledad ends In King city.

From watching the news Cal fire said fire season hasn't started yet that's why there was no aircraft, but copter 106 did show up late and yesterday for a few hours and they also said that they are not doing a 4.0 staffing this season and everyone knows why.
