Of late I've noticed MICCOM dispatching 90x units into northern Essex County municipalities. Is this new, or have I just been asleep at the switch?

Heard 906 sent into North Caldwell and then later into Montclair.

"MICCOM" ALS 906 is the old "Atlantic" Medic 6. Their dispatching was assumed by MICCOM about 2 months ago, now, I believe. They continue to serve their old primary AS their primary and secondary/tertiary into the MICCOM coverage areas of 701/3/4, 702 and 901.

Hope this helps...

Are the Morris County ALS units like MIC 11 and 12 still getting toned out and communicating on VHF or DMR now ?

Didn't MONOC sell off dispatching to MICCOM or something like that? I remember a big deal on FB about them selling and people losing jobs.
