Falcon 9 rocket about to launch from the Cape.. Interesting in a few days crew will splashdown
off coast of Los Angeles California... They showed launch route and you were right Terry will actually
depart due South and a bit west and overfly Panama area. Luckily this same wx front we are having already cleared
the Cape area.
21:47 good launch and they really did turn South :)
Later mentioned Panama as waypoint site.

Will be interesting to see the Dragon pass overhead if the orbit parameters allow and the skies are clear.
Hopefully the time in orbit 3-5 days allows for some opportunities

Thanks, Bob.
This guy (or one like it) is flying around a lot. It's a civilian version of an Osprey, just smaller, but the concept is the same. They have been doing flight testing out of PNE for probably over a year now. Usually up a few days a week. Pretty cool looking, I have some pics on my computer at home I can post later.

1055 EDT DRAGO flight of two E2 DRAGO 51 and 52 aircraft calling DRAGO Ops on 236.325

they maybe calling Wallops - still trying to hear them clearly

now on 377.400 too.

236.325 and 377.400 are apparently the same ground station but no contact made by the E2s

Guess I better look for a ship off the coast.

Yeah they were really chatting away - keeps tying up the SDR scan. They were watching the sea gulls in the wake of the Cape May Lewes Ferry on the way inbound before they passed over my house. Forgot to add the frequency for the TIGER Common - thanks for reminding me.

Just checked one of my Ring Cams and noticed one of them passed in view
