Dover C-5M RCH-2002 departing Dover enroute KBHM Birmingham Intl airport home of the 117th ARW Alabama ARNG tanker wing.
Flying high and empty now.. Must be for pickup of some cargo.

RCH-2002 now westbound off California for Honolulu.. Seems like everyone going to Alaska or Hawaii recently
Maybe the 117th ARW getting sent downrange for a while.

Maybe why all the cargo/tanker traffic headed there to bring them back.
