I was hearing what sounded like Coast Guard 8309 in Leesburg. It's N139K, a Cirrus SR-20 showing C8309 as its ID. Flightaware shows this flight as CGX309, with CGX being for the Coast Guard Auxiliary. Passing over Baltimore now.
