Hi All

Is there any milair AM in the 380-400 band ? From what I read in the wiki for that band there might be milair AM comms from time to time.

Yeah, not every slot in that section of the band is devoted to trunk systems. Finding which freq(s) in those slots are active in your area takes time and lots of searching...Mike

Yup. Here in coastal NC JSTARS are active all the time overhead here.....we have lots of ranges and offshore space for milair to play in....

This question has been ask atleast a dozen time here on RR.
Yes there is MILAIR freqs other than LMR between 380 and 400.
When LMR first started popping up myself and 3 others started searching for freqs and info.
We set up 2 EXCEL dB, the first was 380-400 with a 25mHz split and the second was set up with a 12.5 mHz split. We had current copies of the IFR supplement and checked for ATC freqs 380-400.
We used every search engine and looked for LMR and Wideband info
Watch what was posted on various e-mail list.
We also lucked out and found a Wideband freq list, it was taken down 3 days later! ;-(((

When searching 380-400 do not search between 382.025 and 384.4375 these are WB freqs.
Putting together various blocks of LMR freqs our best WAG was 60 plus freqs were used for other functions.
I can assure you this wasn't done overnight, more like months of research.

Here is a link I found yesterday for FAA ATC freqs, bad part there are NO ARTCC freqs.
