Chippewa Valley Airshow went "hot/active" at 11:30am Friday. Two practice shows till 5pm. Thank you to the Michigan Military Group Forum for the freqs. Did not find an airboss channel, but alot of traffic was on the EAU tower 118.575.
Reports of a low level F-35 fly over for Sat events.

Any milair monitors in northern Wisconsin or UP Michigan? Looking to see about Big Bear and Ontonagon MOA use. I’m assuming Madison and Duluth units go there.

Test count on 225.6 which is NEADS. Don't see an AWACs in the area so it possibly could have come from the E-4B down in central IL?

Hearing a ZAU/Chicago Center RCAG on 263.1, checked RR db but not listed. I've only been monitoring it for about 15 minutes. Any ideas on location of site? My directional antenna is pointed South from SC WI & it is about as strong as ZAU Rockford on 279. 65 @ approx. 50 mi away. I'm also not sure if propagation is enhanced, but inclined to say not due to other known frequencies at "normal" strength.

Found an old reference saying it is for Goshen, IN. I've definitely heard traffic on the air side of it, but not sure about ground TX.

Programmed the other Goshen, IN RCAG RR DB freqs into RX:
127.550
128.800
307.175
314.000
but didn't hear anything on these with activity on 263.1.

Another strategy would be to search/scan VHF ZAU RCAG freqs for the same controller voice & if found, assume simulcasting from same RCAG location. Didn't have the opportunity to start this though.

Later on, about 10PM Central, UHF ZAU RCAGs at Dubuque 327.15 & Horicon 269.075 started breaking squelch on RX & were readable. There may have been some slight WX-related propagation enhancement occurring...passing front, temperature inversion, etc.

Gonna try a cross post over on Groups.io/Militaryscan, no hits there for "263.1".

Did some more digging and found another reference saying 263.1 is Sector 76 Arlington, Dubuque RCAG, paired with 125.225. That Goshen tip I posted earlier was over 15 years old, so may not be very accurate.
