I've been monitoring some "known" military frequencies over the last few days. Below is what I have actually received voice transmissions on. The one that has me really perplexed is 130.650 mhz. Lots of what I think is spanish speaking. Its fairly faint so difficult to truely understand but its not english. The Portland Air Guard has been doing night training in Juniper Hart and I've been seeing them fly over my house each evening. Kinda cool.
