Milwaukee 440 Airwing System

I was able to receive the control channel for this system, but had no activity. Does anyone know if the system is still active? System ID: 5b39.

The last time and only time I heard any activity was around a month ago. All the aircraft are going, according to CH12 news.

My question is will the 128 ARW utilize this system after the 440th is completely gone?

Security and Fire are still active and should be around until about Feb 08. Aircraft are mostly gone and command is gone. Security and fire remain until all physical plant stuff is moved or shut down for sale.
There never has been much traffic on Security or Fire. They don't talk much at all.
440th TRS will go off the air at the end. The 128th is a State operation and 440th is Fed.
The 128th has even less radio traffic, well thats even if you are close enough to hear them.

Isn't the 128th adding 3 or 4 KC-135R Stratotanker's?
