Milwaukee's future OpenSky system

Cops,Firefighters,Dispatchers & dorks at City Hall all say something different.
I wish somebody in the media would actually do some real investigative reporting that shows how it's WAY behind schedule & over budget,and how Police & Fire could of worked out a deal with the county and been on the MCTRS years ago.

I know somebody who sent Milwaukee TV,Radio & Newspaper media a lot of info (even by inter office mail) about Milwaukee Open Sky,and it is very sad nobody seems to care.
I just can't understand this.

and how does this Open Sky stuff make it easier for agencies to have easier communications with each other? I thought the big idea was to make police, fire and other goverment agencies have easier access to communicate with each other.
