First is the Mingo police on IRP recently I have received is either scrambled with voice inversion or encrypted. Either way I cant decode them. Now for Wyoming B.O.E. DMR Most of the time they use some type of DMR privacy system that my scanner can not decode. I have a TRX-1 scanner downloaded with the software from WHISTLER and used RADIOREFERENCE for the download. On occasion's I do hear some of the B.O.E. DMR with no problem. Is there anyone else with any more information on these two counties and systems ? Perhaps there is something else that can be done that would help. I don't know. That is why I am asking here.
