Mint Bearcat 300

Picked up a mint Bearcat 300 off eBay the other day. Looks like the thing just came out of the box. Always wanted one. I am going to replace the Motorola plug with a BNC.

Said it powered on and has a display. I’m pretty sure he has no idea what to program the frequency on. I’m using mine for aircraft and ham radio. Only gave 40 bucks for it and 15 shipping.

What a great find. Yep I've got about a 30 year old Relm I use for some stuff still, it works great yet. That Bearcat though....that's quite a find. A while back someone had a 250 at a yard sale and I went back to get my money out of the truck (I should have known better) and when I got back it was gone. 15 bucks!! I love some of the older stuff for VHF analog "it just works"....

I just bought a Bearcat 210 XLT about a month ago that was mint. I like the old scanners and I like the way they receive aircraft.
