Me. I say that because. When I asked which ones', they were vague. Even after I mentioned Raleigh PD n' the Wake County Sheriffs Office. Along with the Nat. Ctr. for Missing and Exploited Children. Because, There is also Apex PD, Garner PD, NCSU PD n' NCSHP Troop D3.
