R30 Mixing digital and analog

Thought about upgrading my 436 to a SDS100 but decided not to. To many issues with the SDS100. About to change my banks in my R30. Has anyone put both digital and analog in the same bank for scanning? Just curious how well it scanned. Thinking of making banks by county that will hold both digital and analog. Currently have digital and analog separate.

My PMR and dPMR channels are all in one bank. And the R30 scans the 48 channels without an issue.

I have analog, P25, VHF aviation and NXDN in the same bank with no issues noted.

I have 2,000 frequencies in mine.

A ton. I don’t remember exactly, but it’s a 32 gig card with 30.6 usable and I think I have 30.4 available now. And I actually have several different configurations saved on the card.

Butel ARC30 imports from RR. That’s what I use.

How stable is Butel Arc30? May have to consider it. Am 1/3 the way completing all the county P25 in my state.

I’ve had no issues at all.

I actually bought that software before buying the icon software a couple years ago. Didn’t work for me. Will look at the update logs since I used it to see if things got fixed that caused my issues.

Nope, doesn’t use up much space on the card at all.

Finally got the entire state P25 loaded. Will try the arc30 program again to see if they fixed the issues I had last time. If it’s fixed, may start other states.
