I found before but can't find now a list of all MOAs and their coordinates (I think it was published by FAA). Anybody have one.

How about Index of /kml files open with Google Earth

Go to local Pilot Shop and you can get FAA Sectional Charts or research at on line Pilot Shops.. about $10 for those and will outline MOA areas that are standing - Notams in yourv closest FAA Center will call out TFR and Tanker Blocks....etc...
