Google "Larsen antenna 700/800"

You'll have several choices and you can't go wrong with Larsen.

I've been using a lot of 800MHz antennas at work lately for new bus installs.
For almost 30 years, I've always spec'd the Larsen antennas. Over the last few years I've been switching to EM Wave antennas. If this is for listening to a public safety system, you don't need a lot of gain. Those systems are almost always designed for portable radio on the street coverage. A basic 1/4 wave will do what you need, and have lots of useable bandwidth. Either one of these will do what you want:

As for the mount, you'll need to use an adapter to connect to the top of the XTS. You'll want a magnetic mount with something like a BNC connector that's reliable and easy to connect/disconnect from the adapter on the top of the radio.
I'd use one of these mounts, and spec it with a male BNC. Then find a female BNC to a female SMA that will work with the radio:

I think this adapter will do what you want:

Just keep in mind, attaching adapters/cable to the top of a portable radio puts stresses on the connector, so be careful. Also, the antenna jacks aren't designed for a lot of mating cycles.
