Do you have the PC cable? or are you going to do it by key funtion? I don't see but one Trunked radio system and thats WV Interoperability system for Mong. county, Morgantown. You will have to set the receive mode to MO (motorola) then program from the database here on R.R. the Control channel (453.61250) and the Alternate control channel (453.25000) Then you will also have to set the tables to the CUSTOM settings which are also posted here. BASE 453.0250 - OFFSET - 8192 - STEP 12.5 ..... Now you asked how to program (JUST) Mong. County, these are the numbers to do only that area.
To do all of W.V. you would in the same bank,, program all the control and altenate control channels listed in the data base in red and blue colors. The radio doesn't need the rest of the frequencys. Alot of the fun of the pro 96 is learning all the different things it can do. I Don't know if your area will be active yet, but it soon will!

Step by step for just your area(Monongalia CO.) Find your start bank and channel. IE CH 900
1.Program in first Channel the Control Channel (CC) 453.6125 set mode too (MO)
2.Program in second channel the Alternate control Channel (AC) 453.2500 Mode (MO)
3.Press PROGRAM, TRUNK, FUNCTION.( number 2) your now your at TABLES settings with the black square blinking at (B) program in - (453.025) hit enter, thats (Base freq) NOW the (O) in offset is blinking type in( 8192) and hit enter (thats OFFSET) Now (S) is blinking, use up/down arrow keys on keypad, press up or down till you have (12.5) hit enter. NOW hit PROGRAM, TRUNK, FUNCTION, (number4) your now at (MODE) screen, theres three choices, NORMAL, TABLE, MULTI use up/down arrows till you have (TABLE) hit enter, then hit SCAN. Your now programed for your area.
If you want to put the full West Virginia system in all you have to do, IS program in the rest of the Red and Blue frequencies listed on the data base here, with the mode set to (MO). This may be easyer than going round and round looking in the instructions. If for some reason this does'nt work for you, e-mail me. Bruce
