Is MONAC Control still dispatching Medic units on 155.355 East? Medic 1, 2, 3 etc. with 2-tones? I haven't heard anything on this frequency in a week. Wondering the same for 155.265, Medic 11 and 12. These units cover Morris and Union Counties. Perhaps they switched frequencies for 2-tone paging for the crews or they did away with it completely. I know Med-Central at RWJ is still using 155.220 with 2-tones to dispatch MED-Rescue units and Mercy 6,7 and 9. Also understanding that they are not affiliated with Atlantic or MONAC. Does anyone know if the MONAC ALS dispatching is still based at Overlook or have they completed the transition process and now dispatching in Wall? Wondering why the local Medic units didn't switch over to MONAC North frequency of 451.475 so everyone would be on the same page? I know the signal and audio is horrible, but it would make monitoring easier. Any answers to the following would be appreciated.

Thanks all!

As of 20:45 tonight, the last time I had the VHF on, yes they still were.

Yes, everything that was dispatched by Cencom, which did not change over to Union County is still dispatched from Overlook with one exception, that being Trinitas ALS which is dispatched on MONOC North from Wall.

There were numerous problems with the systems that were to be used to interconnect Wall to the repeaters at Overlook, and the remotes Cencom controlled. It was deemed simpler to keep the former Cencom desks open at Overlook with MONOC communicators so the transition wouldn't be delayed any longer, than to continue to hold off and fiddle with it. This is supposed to change.
