I already started the thread. Glad to hear you got it working. Are you receiving state police OK on the STARCOM21 system?

Yes. What I sent you was just the system I put in my scanner that contained DeKalb County Public Safety in it. I can send the whole setup if you want to see it.

If you notice, there are 3 group quick keys on the STARCOM21 system and 2 group quick keys on the DeKalb Co system. The Jail and Events talkgroups on the DeKalb Co system have been eliminated since they are fully encrypted and you would not be able to receive them.

Would you happend to know if Illinois StarComm 21 is P25 Standard or a MOT2. When imported from rr to FreeScan is shows as a MOT2. I thought it was a P25 Standard.

Starcom is P25 and needs to be programmed as P25 system.

Using FreeSCAN, on your BCD325P2, the system type for STARCOM21 is P25 Standard (Digital XT)
