I found a DMR signal and then stored it. But then when I try to monitor it, the DMR signal I stored does not make any sound, whereas when I monitor through tune mode, it sounds.

Can anyone know why?

Did you program it as dmr? Show us how you programmed it. We can’t see it unless you show us

This my setting
Hey man, I didn't realize you replied to me until now. Did you program that on your computer or on the scanner itself? I'm going to grab my scanner and throw a DMR frequency near me in there and see what happens...

Is that a single channel DMR or DMR trunk?

It looks like you're programming a trunk when you're just getting a signal..

How about just programming the freq with the signal as a conventional object and observe its behavior?

Fn 2
Add Conv Freq
SEL
(enter frequency)
SEL (to set frequency)
Up Arrow (3x) - to set for Record
Down Arrow (12x) - set for DMR

At that point, the freq is in your default scanlist. You can watch the recordings to see if it's behaving like conventional or trunked.

Way easier than creating a trunk, and way faster. If your default scanlist has only your DMR catches, it'll probably track just as well as your trunked system.
