I am in Cedar Lake,and I cannot get the Lake County Public Safety,Project 25 Phase II,APCO-25 Common Air Interface Exclusive,,Type and Voice. The Modes are a TDMA,for the Talk Groups. I want to listen to the Police and Fire,State,County,etc from Crown Point,Cedar Lake,St.John,Lowell,and surrounding areas,and I am using the Uniden BCD536HP scanner. I used the Centinel and the ARC536PRO software to load the scanner.Lists are all on,Custom 1 is on,and my Range is set to 0,all control channels are in the scanner,Talk Group HEX numbers are in the scanner,just cannot get anything to come over the scanner,Diamond antenna up 40 feet,25 MHz to 1300 MHz,worked with my BCD996XT with the Phase I,
But is anyone having any issues with this Lake County Public Safety System?????????Nothing receiving over my scanner at all,ZIP code won't pick up anything,the Trunking Discovery has no hits from this system and the Countywide Simulcast. Tried 3 SD cards,downloaded software from PC to scanner and used a SD card adapter,no luck/Can I send my card to someone,if thier scanner is picking up this system,and look to see what I did wrong,or someone try to program it and see if it is my scanner having issues,or meet up somewhere and try the scanners in our cars with the lighter adapter and the antenna and try it out,I am getting discussed with this scanner,4 months old and cannot get to work,it is either me or the scanner,would like to figure it out before I call and complain about the scanner,,Can ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME,I live in Cedar Lake by Palmira Golfcourse,50 and on disability,back issues and a stroke..Thank you if anybody can help,Mark Bradley,KB9GTB e-mail,,whyme505898@comcast.net
