Trying to program the frequency below into a Uniden BCD536 Scanner however I can't seem to figure it out.

I have a Uniden BCD536HP with a DMR Upgrade Key!
The frequency above is listed as P25 Mode in RR online frequency database however I can not hear Voice on the frequency at times, at times I hear only a loud annoying sound that sounded very much like DMR audio. After searching the forums to find DSDPlus was capable of decoded several different types of radios. I downloaded DSDPlus.
DSDPlus identifies the audio as DMR, I can hear Voice but did not see anything in the DSDPlus Channel Activity Window, I found only the information below in DSDPlus log files! Could someone help me here?
I can see Group "1" and Radio "1" below but don't have a clue how to program the info into the scanner. This is my first digital scanner my sole reason for buying a digital scanner was the frequencies in question here was listed in RR Online Frequency Database as P25 Mode. Noticing that I could not hear anything on the frequency leaves me asking questions here.
