Noticed the changes in the database regarding Monroe Twsp. My question is: are these
frequencies linked to the trunked system?

They are not linked to the trunked system. The ops channels are tactical, off the trunked system. When last I checked most scene operations were run on the trunked system directly from portables (unique radio ID for each individual/radio) and not through mobile extenders (common trunked radio ID for different individuals/radios).
