more freq for trunk unit

i am programing my 246t with arc246 and when i use the trunk system in the trunk freq it only lists two freq and on the rr data base it has 30 or 40 could i list alll of them for more calls on my scanner? or what do i do because i'm only getting about 40 hits an hour threw police,fire and ems which in wpg manitoba is not much

If your talking about this system http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/?sid=537 and used Winnipeg, all that is needed is those 2 frequencies the scanner will still receive the others under the control of the Control Channel. You can tell the software to get all the frequencies, by unchecking control channel only, it will then get them all. The scanner won't pick anymore though. The thing about the MTS Fleetnet there is it's a mixed system with a lot of the RCMP TGs listed as digital so the 246 can't receive them as anything but noise.

how do you know what is digital and what are not?

Look at the list of TGIDs under mode, where listed, you will see an A, D, E etc A is Analog, D Digital E Encrypted, if you hover over where it says Mode it gives you the meaning on the letters used.
