A lot of the VHF High Band stuff for Morgan County has been expired for a couple of years now. I know the county Fire/EMS VHF is still licensed and active, but is ANY of the Law Enforcement VHF stuff in use at all?

Not VHF but I heard their new P25 800 MHz jail repeater active a week ago.

Is there a citizens patrol or neighborhood watch program in the county? Are there any volunteer groups associated solely with law enforcement? Are there any large annual gatherings (parking or surveillance) that may use backup VHF channels so they don't tie up main or secondary P25 channels? Does LE still have VHF radios in their cars? The VHF channels may not be used on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, but if they're still available in Dispatcher, and in the cars, you can't rule out that they'll never be used again.
I just put all their VHF stuff in my Searching favorites list to see if anything pops up in the coming weeks.
