Morris County Communications Center is hiring Public Safety Telecommunicator Trainees. Starting salary is $41,345 plus holiday pay and overtime. Base goes to $52,548 base within 18 months after completion of training. Benefit package as well. Deadline for applications is May 17, 2019. See link below.

I will say that I’ve dealt with numerous comm centers all over and Morris is one of the best out there. Great group of guys and gals.

Unfortunately, the pay for the area is not that high, just like the openings Bergen is advertising.

Unlike some other 911 centers in the region, I actually enjoy listening to Morris County, even though I have no ties to the county. Their professionalism and brevity on the airwaves is worthy of recognition.
