I witnessed TG 80 during that testing, also. I would like to also add 33335 to the list of mystery channels. It was digital and was almost certainly police conducting a cooridinated effort. I missed any radio call to switch back to another channel, but for those who just scan through ID's 33335 has had interesting activity.

33328 is MIRS-1 and 33344 is MIRS-DESK.

33335 appears to be a "status bit" off of MIRS-1. Follow this link for further and scroll down to the "Status Bits" section of the page:

33335 is the "mulit-select" TG for MIRS-1 (33328 + 7 = 33335).
