I have a question about the TGID: 3091 as heard from the Hollister 700mhz site.

This is TGID has been identified, but I was wondering what specifically do these agents / officers do?

For example, today I’m listening to them and while I cannot understand what they’re talking about because they are never specific. It is almost as if they are undercover and watching different boats I suppose on Table Rock Lake.

I’m just interested in this and any input would be appreciate. Thank you.

They are law enforcement officers so yes, you will hear them enforcing law in and around the states parks.
I'd imagine they are watching for DWI enforcement (amongst many other violations) on the water and that is likely what you may have heard.
They can be very active around the state park areas during the summer months and especially during holiday weekends watching for underage drinking etc.
The state water patrol officers may also be involved in the popular areas around the entire state.
