Moto HT1250 scanning

I should have posted this to a scanner thread but its a 2-way radio.
My Moto HT as I understand will only scan in zones (banks) of 16 channels at a time. I tried to create a scan list so I can scan the entire 128 channels in one shot but still no luck. Can some one please guide me in the right direction.

You can try on the batlab forums as well. but I just don't think you can scan more than 16 channels at once.
