Is that a real Gahanna patrol car in the background of the pic or what the heck is it?

It's for an organization called "Beat The Heat" and has to do with a law enforcement program for kids, but I'm not sure if they're affiliated with the DARE program in any way. Their website can be found at http://www.beattheheatinc.org/
