Motorola Trunked Radio in Glenpool Dispatch

Just to let the law enforcement officers in the forum that Glenpool dispatch now has a motorola 800MHz radio just for use with the Tulsa area. It has a sign (post-it) stating "DO NOT TALK, MONITOR ONLY!" :!:


I thought the EDACS could patch Motorola system in.... :?:

Interesting. thanks for the info. In fact I think the Glenpool TG on Tulsa's 800 is (26320). I caught two officers on there talking about hanging down at 151 and Elwood etc. So there you have it.

Glennpool is not in Tulsa's talkgroup. They did just install a patch channel to Broken Arrow as they have had such bad luck doing a normal patch.
maye the patch will allow them to talk to glenpool too??????

Thanks for the correction. I do need help in confirmation of TG (26320).
It sounded like either GPD or OHP. I'm not sure.

Good luck trying to confirm the user on TG (26320).

That one has been on the unsolved puzzle list for nearly 8 months now!

Heard two users on the TG, talking about needing help with keys to a door.

I'm not sure who it was. It could have been TCSO. Plug it in to your database and listen to see if it becomes active again and maybye you can tell us who it is. Thanks...

Well unless TPD is got a new talkgroup I dont know about it cant be them especially that far outside of the city, It must be the state or county. I know that county has two specialty talkgroups that I do hot have in my scanner nor are they in most of there radios. The only other thing it could be is one of the fed groups ie secret service, violent crime task force etc....

Allright well I will monitor further and let everyone know what I hear? I'm pretty sure it is TCSO or OHP. It didn't sound Federal at all. They had the local okie accent and talked by saying afirmative to each other and like I have said before something about 151 and Elwood which made me think it was Glenpool.

After listening to Creek CO. on 800 I believe that may be who you are hearing, also I have come to the conclusion that you can't trust 100% what ID's are showing up on your scanners. I don't know how many times I have seen incorrect ID's on my Pro2067, and at least a couple of times on my 780XLT. Creek CO has the accents and uses affirmative a lot too.

The only problem with it being Creek co is the ref to 151st and elwood.
the would had to of been poaching big time to be there.
