I just got this, I know the first line is channel name, but what does the second line of text mean? The "HAR-PW"

What exactly are you trying to scan? If the answer is trunking, buy a scanner.

Conventional, I set up another XTS to do what i want and it works, but I set up this one the same way and it doesnt work

I use my XTS 2500 for our local 2 meter repeater which is P25/ analog and a few simplex channels, and my local PD is on P25. IF you your is setup for FPP it makes it much more useful.
